主动脉夹层的临床及基础研究;房颤外科消融术后复发机制的研究 周庆,男,1979年生,安徽省淮南市人,1997-2004年就读于韦德1946体育官方入口(七年制),2002年加入中国共产党,2016年韦德1946体育官方入口临床医学博士毕业,2019年晋升为主任医师,2022年获聘为韦德1946体育官方入口教授、博士生导师。目前是南京鼓楼医院心脏外科行政主任。在科室的建设和发展中,创新和引进了多种主动脉诊疗新技术,是专科先进技术的引领者;在临床工作中积极开展疑难复杂手术,是专科高难度手术攻关者。 研究方向主要有以下两个方面:主动脉夹层的临床及基础研究工作和房颤外科消融术后复发机制的研究。在主动脉夹层的临床研究方面通过对主动脉夹层各个阶段的主要死亡原因开展了多种手术方式的创新,有效的提高了主动脉夹层患者的近远期生存率,降低了并发症的发生率。我们建立了华东地区最大的主动脉组织标本库,通过对标本库样本的研究,基于血管平滑肌细胞表型转化、代谢异常等研究主动脉夹层发病的重要机制。 在房颤外科消融复发的研究中筛选出复发的独立临床危险因素,并针对复发患者进行心房心肌细胞组织学研究和分子靶标进行研究,构建了基于CircRYR2可预测房颤术后复发的临床模型,用于术前预判房颤消融手术的疗效。 在教学方面,较早即担任心胸外科教研室教学秘书和教学主任的工作,承担韦德1946体育官方入口理论课教学、见习医师的临床教学以及实习医师的带教和考核;同时牵头制定并实施了心外科医师分级培训计划,培训了多名成熟的心外科医生;自2020年以来,招收数十名硕士研究生和博士研究生,通过成熟的培养理念、完备的实验室条件和充足的科研资金助理员工成长为优秀的具有科研能力的临床医生。 江苏省医学会第三届心血管外科分会常委 国家心血管病专家委员会微创心血管外科专业委员会第一届委员会委员 中国医师协会心血管外科医师分会第五届委员会所属青年委员会委员 江苏省医师协会心血管外科分会常务委员 1.Fang H, Su S, Zhang L, Li S, Zhang K, Yi K, Shi M, Wang N, Zhou Q, Jin M.
