  1. 工作简历

1994年获得韦德1946体育官方入口七年制硕士学位,同年进入南京军区总医院肾脏病研究所工作至今,目前负责国家肾脏病中心临床病理实验室工作。

2006年获第二军医大学博士学位,2009-2010先后赴美国UT Southwestern Medical   CenterVanderbilt   University Medical center肾脏病理中心访问交流。长期从事肾脏病理、肾移植肾病理以及肾脏病临床、病理和发病机制的研究。擅长疑难、罕见肾脏病理及疑难移植肾肾脏病理的诊断。

先后主持江苏省自然科学基金面上项目,国家自然科学基金,国家重点研发计划精准医学研究;江苏省重点人才专项课题;参与国家自然科学基金,国际(地区)合作与交流项目,国家科技支撑项目子课题,临床医学科技专项—江苏省临床医学中心,国际IgA肾病合作研究项目;获教育部科技进步二等奖一项(排名1),国家科技进步二等奖(排名32024江苏省医学引进新技术(排名2)担任国家自然科学基金科技专项评审、研究生学报编委。在“Am J Kidney   DisKidney IntJ. Pathol”等杂志上发表多篇论文。

  1. 研究方向

1)肾脏疾病发病机制、临床病理表现和治疗:IgA肾病是最常见原发性肾小球肾炎,临床病理复杂多样,对预后的影响也不同,发病机制也没有完全阐述清楚。深入研究IgAN的发病机制,临床病理对预后的影响,寻找治疗方法,改善预后,延缓进入终末期肾衰。近年致力于中国人群IgA肾病牛津分类研究工作,建立南京IgA肾病危险分层系统,同步开展IgA肾病多中心前瞻性观察性队列研究,通过疾病模型验证ESKD风险,并开展人工智能学习模型在肾脏病理中的应用。此外,糖尿病肾病是我国较常见的继发性肾脏疾病,近年探究糖尿病肾病中肾小管上皮细胞铁死亡的调节机制,以期提高这类疾病的预后。

2)浆细胞增生性疾病肾损害:浆细胞增生性疾病的发生率逐年上升,异常增生的浆细胞产生的免疫球蛋白、重链、轻链在肾脏组织内沉积,引起多发性骨髓瘤、具有肾脏意义的单克隆免疫球蛋白病等疾病,治疗棘手,预后不佳,对其损伤机制的研究,临床病理特点的总结,寻找治疗方法,改善预后意义重大。已发表关于中国人群轻链沉积病、重链沉积病、轻链近端肾小管病、冷球蛋白血症、增生性肾小球肾炎伴单克隆IgG沉积等系列论文。

3)足细胞相关性疾病:足细胞是肾小球滤过屏障的重要组成成分。足细胞作为终末分化细胞,在免疫性损伤、感染、药物、毒物、代谢因素及血流动力学异常等作用下均可出现损伤,其功能障碍和丢失是促使肾小球硬化发生、肾脏疾病进展的关键环节。然而足细胞在足细胞相关性疾病中如FSGS、微小病变,膜性肾病等的损伤机制研究虽然取得了一些进展,但远未阐述清晰,导致其治疗未取得突破性进展。因此对足细胞及其损伤机制研究将有助于加深对肾脏疾病的认识,为临床治疗提供新靶点。
